ADVENTURE TIME HAMBO PT. 2

                                   HAMBO PT. 2
"Marceline sits up on her elbows and looks around her room with her eyes half closed. "Mornin Marceline." Finn says as he climbs up the ladder with a plate of fresh red apples and strawberries. "Ugh, what happened?" Marceline asks still groggy from being asleep. "I don't know. You hadn't been seen by anyone for a month, I came to see if you were home and when I opened the door there was food you had eaten rotting all over the place." Finn stops to take a breathe and Marceline starts to get up while saying "Yeah, I'd better clean that up." But is stopped by Finn placing a hand on her shoulder and saying "Don't get up, your still too weak and I already took care of it and got more food." Marceline says "Um, thanks…" then looks at Finn's arm and asks with a concerned tone in her voice "Finn! What happened to your arm?!" "I was just about to explain that and what happened. So when I went upstairs I saw you curled up on your bed, you were paler than usual, colder than the house, and you weren't moving. I woke you up and you said the last time you ate was like three weeks ago, then you became unconscious and I cut my wrist and gave you some blood. You started looking better almost immediately, you were out of it for two days." Finn explained as he unwrapped his arm to reveal a fresh scar. "I used a tear drop from that Cyclops to make some cream to put on it since I only had a drop left." Finn says. "Finn, you saved my life, thank you." Marceline says then kisses him on the cheek. Finn blushes and says "No problem." Then hands her the plate of food and says "Eat up, you need to get back to your old self." Marceline smiles at Finn, and Finn smiles back as she bites a strawberry sucks the red out then shoves the white strawberry into Finn's mouth and says "Just like when we met." For the next two days Finn continues to take care of Marceline. Marceline doesn't admit it but she is beginning to uncover feelings for Finn, feelings that she had crammed down so they wouldn't get in the way like last time. Finn comes through the hatch and says to her in a sing song voice "Oh Marceline, look what I brought you." And holds up her axe base, "My base! Thanks Finn." Marceline says as she takes her base from Finn and strums a few cords then readjusts them. Finn smiles as she readjusts the cords and her smiling down at her axe base. Marceline looks up and sees Finn smiling at her, her smile changes into an embarrassed one and she looks down at her base and thinks to herself, That's it, it's time to tell him why. I mean, he saved your life, took care of you, he even cleaned your house for you. tell him what happened and why. "Marcy, you ok?" Finn asks with concern. "hmmm, Oh yeah, I'm fine." Marceline pauses and moves her base off her lap and sets it next to her on her bed then continues, "It's just. I think I should tell you what happened and why."
